Property Service Healthcare

Property Service Healthcare is responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of parts of the Region's building stock, including the Visby Hospital area and the Korpen area.

Our operations play a central role in ensuring safe, functional, and reliable healthcare environments for both patients and staff.

We currently have a team consisting of two supervisors and fifteen property technicians with extensive technical expertise in several property technical areas. To maintain high availability and operational reliability, both areas are on call 24/7.

In addition to ongoing operations and maintenance, the unit also performs smaller supplementary work within construction, electrical, and HVAC, as well as other assignments related to property management and operational support.

Your Responsibilities

You will work with the operation, supervision, maintenance, and repairs, as well as some new installations of electrical, control and regulation, fire alarm, security, telecommunication, and other electrical systems. The tasks are varied and encompass a wide range of property technical work processes that occur within the operations. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and healthcare operations, where quality, safety, and service are central parts of the assignment.

The area includes technically complex property technical facilities that impose high demands on quality, safety, and operational reliability. The work is carried out in close collaboration with operations where there are requirements for robust and continuous property operations without interruption.

You will have daily contact with both staff and patients, which requires you to have good communication skills, be service-oriented, and handle tasks and situations in a professional and respectful manner.

On-call duty may be included in the position in accordance with the needs of the operations and applicable agreements.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are an experienced electrician with documented competence in low voltage and hold a valid authorization or ECY certificate. A driver's license (B) is required for the position.

It is advantageous if you also have other special competencies within the property technical area. Experience with access control systems and alarms, such as ASSA ARX, RCO, and Schneider FX fire alarms, as well as experience working with 01 networks and telecommunication systems, is also considered advantageous.

You have documented experience of the above-described or equivalent tasks. We see that you have good computer skills and administrative ability, as all reporting is done digitally. You are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
